The Noco GENIUS2  is a 6-volt and 12-volt battery charger, battery maintainer, and battery desulfator rated at 2-amp for lead-acid automotive, marine, and deep-cycle batteries, including flooded, gel, AGM, and maintenance-free, plus lithium-ion batteries. Designed to be permanently left on stored,  low usage vehicles ( classic  or the  temperamental new computer controlled cars such as XKR that react badly to low battery voltages) unitl needed or  just used as an occasional 'top-up' service charger. Comes with standard UK 3-pin plug and a quick unplug jack if you wish to leave the terminal connectors on the battery and just remove the main body.

NOTE: These new generation of intelligent chargers are brilliant at extending the life of expensive Classic  XK batteries as they detect when the unit begins the 'gassing' discharge cycle and then activate to keep the battery in optimum condition, and in some cases can restore failing batteries using the special feature cycles. A comprehensive information book comes with the unit to explain the multiple features, but the units themselves are simple to use.
